Di Filippo - Wine growers since 1971.

The agricultural concern of the Di Filippo family was established in 1971 on the hills between Torgiano and Montefalco. We have cultivated the 25 hectares of vineyards according to E.U. norms for organic farming since 1994.

This means that diseases are controlled using traditional bordeaux mixture and sulphur. We use no chemical weedkillers and we use only organic fertilizers. Although our cellar is equipped with modern machinery, we prefer traditional methods where possible, and all our harvesting is done by hand.
